Remember to always keep in your car:
1. Multiple copies of the blue form, perhaps already precompiled with the data of the insured, the vehicle and the policy (sections 6.7 and 8);
2. The certificate of insurance (compulsory);
3. This booklet and of course, to always rely on safe driving and complete if necessary.
What to do at the time of the accident
A complaint of a claim complete in all parts accelerates the process of liquidation of the damage.
Therefore, the collaboration between those involved in the accident.
If there is no agreement on how the accident may be helpful to require the intervention of authority.
You must still collect all relevant information by following these instructions:
Carefully fill out the form
blue (friendly Determination of accident - Notification of accident) following the instructions on the last page of the form itself; sign and, possibly, also to have it signed by the driver; if signed by both drivers, retain two copies of the form and deliver the remainder to another driver; if neither of the drivers had with them the blue form, at least the following data:
1. Date, place and time of the accident,
2. Type and number plate of vehicle
3. Insurance company of the vehicle (you can also get cash from the windscreen),
4. Surname, name, address and telephone number of the driver of the vehicle
5. Identification of the owner of the vehicle (if different from driver)
6. Detailed description of the incident and the damage visible;
7. Details of any injuries;
8. Details of any witnesses;
9. Authorities eventually intervened.
